The following scenes are based on memories and moments of how I felt before my journey from Kurdistan to The Netherlands took place. The story takes place in a safe house. The images and actions are frozen in time, so I had to convert the memories into a compositional language that I processed in my own way. The actions are simple, they are symbols. This is about how the viewer interprets the actions. In addition to the symbols and rituals, I use a mystical atmosphere, with the intention of taking the viewer to another reality.
